Benchmarking: Electric Utility Transmission and Distribution

EUBA-Transmission and Distribution Committee

The EUBA-Transmission and Distribution Committee is a group of members that would use benchmarking to understand "Best Practices" in managing Transmission and Distribution related processes. By joining you would have the opportunity to participate in benchmarking study projects that would gather information from both in & out of industry companies. The output from these studies would be both measures and processes comparisons and maybe shared and reviewed in roundtable discussions or site visit meetings or written reports.

The committee would meet in a roundtable discussion to find key areas of interest in Transmission and Distribution related processes and then have the opportunity to sponsor a benchmarking study to explore these areas.
